Travelogue
Today is another day of rest and low key tourism, here in Santander. It's a shame I wasn't able to get a ferry ticket from Bilbao because the truth is, Santander is a very limited place for tourism! It's OK if all you want is a beach and food but much more than that or if lying on a beach is not your kind of thing at all and your options are rather limited.
We went to the Centro BotÃn art gallery and saw a somewhat strange mix of exhibitions which included works by famous artists such as Francis Bacon and music by Finnish experimental rock band, Circle. It passed the time, if nothing else!
